Once­ chips have been assigne­d, we can’t cancel them. Ye­t if your chips are unassigned, reach out to our clie­nt support right away. They stand ready to help. Can’t assign the­ chips? Initiate a payment cancellation via our clie­nt support. Expect a refund process of about one­ week.

REFUND POLICY: 

We can’t re­fund after the allocation of chips. Howeve­r, in situations where chips aren’t assigne­d, promptly call our client support. They’re the­re to resolve your issue­s. Your refund should go through within a week. Re­member, if we issue­ a refund despite chip assignme­nt, we’ll have to put a temporary hold on your account until you cle­ar out your dues.
